Scientific Analysis of Thoughts

“Knowingly or unknowingly you are laying road for your future…!!”

(An Observational Study)

In Human system, mind is the control center and ‘thoughts’ are the never-ending product of mind. Thoughts are flowing permanently irrespective of the need. On the basis of the ruling thoughts, mind acts by sensory organs of physical body.

Though, thoughts are product of mind but it cannot differentiate thoughts as good thoughts or bad thoughts. Only results of the actions taken on the basis of thought or on the basis of similar experiences in past life decide whether it was good or bad.

Every mind has different thoughts for a same thing. It depends on the area of interest, knowledge, experience and faith. These four parameters can change your thoughts on the same things. The five senses create the first print of the thoughts in mind, after which, it gradually makes opinion as per experience.

In human system, thoughts are flowing, when these thoughts are specifically induced on any desire or topic then these thoughts convert into conscious thoughts. The thoughts which are originating randomly without any significance are called unconscious thoughts.

Conscious Thoughts; The thoughts which are developed purposefully with a desired target, no matter whether, it is a positive action or
negative action. It is planned and developed for the manifestation of a desire. These thoughts are called Conscious Thoughts. I will take two examples each for positive and negative action to explain it.

a) A potter develops an idea to make an earthen pot to store water in it. It is a conscious thought initiated for a target to get a product, then a lot of processes involved from selection of mud to forming a product. Finally, target is achieved by applying a chain of conscious thought.

b) A mischievous child is interested to breakdown the earthen pot for his fun. A conscious thought initiated from here and he made a strategy. He got a stone, and throw on it but it doesn’t break because the stone was too small. Then he brings a big stone and hit the pot and it broke down. Target achieved with some efforts and strategy, where conscious thoughts was working in the background.

These two examples show that a thought initiated a task and applying a sequence of actions manifest the target result. Mind is not restricting the action whether it is right or wrong. The push of thoughts and dedication is required to get manifestation of target. Mind is non-judgmental and pursues the action as per the force of thoughts. If thoughts are prominent, then action is unavoidable. If dedication is prominent then success is sure, no matter failures come in the way.

Unconscious Thoughts: The thoughts that are flowing in the mind randomly, but doesn’t have any target. These thoughts are directionless. There is no zeal to get something from it. It appears for a moment to sometime, but diluted or replaced with other thoughts. It may appear getting influenced by someone or other thoughts. Due to lack of interest, knowledge, experience and faith, these thoughts could not manifest any desire and dilute with time.

A person sitting on a chair thinking randomly to do something, there are various thoughts coming to mind. There are multiple choices available in mind but couldn’t do something because he doesn’t have any target. There is no question on capability of that person, but thoughts are directionless, there is no aim and desire which results in changing the path and exploring the multiple choices but result is nothing.

Relation between Life Thoughts: The liferevolves around the thoughts in mind. Your thoughts are seeds for mind to act upon and your actions are the imprints of several thoughts in mind. There are no rules for mind to discriminate the thoughts; it just acts upon the thoughts which are repetitively infused in mind in a sequential manner. Appearance of thought in mind again and again plans your mindset.

A desired conscious thought abides the mind to perform action within the line of your desire. Being a desired thought, it influences mind to follow all the sequential processes required to achieve the target. The repetition of desired thoughts and faith always drive your physical body towards the manifestation of your desire and it continues till you achieve it. But manifestation is possible only when your thoughts are streamlined, dedicated and your faith in yourself is eminent.

Every achievement in the world happen to be the first desire of somebody in past. A thought to do something on the desire initiates the process. Then, applying a series of conscious thoughts and dedicated actions and required processes towards it, make it happen.

There are multiple examples available Every achievement in the world happen to be the first desire of somebody in past. A thought to do something on the desire initiates the process. Then, applying a series of conscious thoughts and dedicated actions and required processes towards it, make it happen. There are multiple examples available achieve the target.

A seed of conscious thought with a desire and emotions ignite the fire to collate the required information and sequence to follow the desire.

A conscious thought can bring revolution in either way; it can transform a human being into scientist and in contrary convert a human being into terrorist.

MASSAGE THERAPY

The origin of the word ‘Massage’ is derived from the Arabic word ‘Mass’ which means to touch or the Greek word ‘Massein’ which means to knead.

The ancient Greek used Massage on athletes before and after their Sport. It was though to help prepare the muscles before activity and remove extra fluids and stabilize metabolic activities after sport, A concept which is still used today. Gaelin of Rome (129) (129 – 199 A.D.) wrote 16 books on friction massage and gymnastics (Remedial Exercise) describing the pressure, direction and frequency of treatment.

Massage Therapy was formerly introduced as a separate profession in the United States in 1917. When the Surgeon General set-up a rehabilitation process for soldiers wounded in the First World War.

How does massage work?

Massage causes physiological changes through the relaxation response and mechanical responses. The relaxation response is a state in which your heart and breathing rate slows, Blood Pressure goes down, production of stress hormone decreases and muscle release this response increase the available level of Serotonin. This hormone affects positively on emotions and thoughts. This response risks associated with stress such as Hypertension, Anxiety, Insomnia, Physiological issues.

Mechanical Responses –

increase in blood and lymph circulation, relaxation of the soft tissue that eases outnerves and deeper connective tissues that in turn improve circulation.

When a practitioner massages soft tissue, electrical impulses are transmitted both to the local area and throughout the body. These signals help heal damaged muscles, stimulate circulation, clear waste products, via lymphatic system as well as boost the activity of the immune system, reduce pain and tension as well as induce a carving effect. They may also enhance a general sense of well-being by stimulating the release of endorphins and reduce the level of certain stress hormones.
