In this program, while being immersed in varieties of meditation that are based on Classical Yoga, Vedic and Tantrik text. While practicing beginner meditation techniques, it removes the impurities of the mind and body;  prepares for higher meditation practices. We provide meditation practices, which develop awareness and balance of the flow of prana in the body, redirect the subtle energy to the higher state of consciousness to improve the concentration level.  It will enhance the deep harmonization of prana and consciousness.
