Our 200-hours TTC COURSE on Classical Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga is specially designed for those who want to learn how to get harmony between body, mind, and soul and educate how to overcome the stress on the body and mind. This course provides the training, support, and supervision to individuals wishing to deepen their own personal practice. In this course, while being immersed in varieties of meditation which is based on classical yogic text effectively supported by varieties of yoga, pranayama, and purification practices (Shuddhi kriya). You will learn how to do self-meditation and how to teach others.

For the preparatory practices, varieties of yogic practices are included like Hatha yoga will help the body supple, improve muscle relaxation and strength so that one can sit for a long duration during meditation. While Practicing Pranayama techniques it removes the impurities of the mind and body and prepares for meditation. We provide mudra practices, which develop awareness and balance of the flow of prana in the body, redirect the subtle energy to the higher state of consciousness. Cleansing practice (Shudhi kriya) is also helpful to clean the body and to improve the concentration level. Varieties of Yoga Nidra practices also include in this course which will also provide you deep relaxation on the physical and mental plane. It will enhance the deep harmonization of prana and consciousness.
